I can help you build upon your strengths, gain greater awareness and understanding, develop helpful perspectives, learn practical strategies and techniques which can help you get through life’s challenges.

I will listen to you, show you empathy and not judge you.

We will work together to help you discover new ways of overcoming your challenges, break unhelpful habits which can enable you to experience life in a positive way.

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and integrate other therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Creative Therapy and Play Therapy.

The therapy I offer is tailored to suit your needs as I appreciate and respect your individuality.

I will work at your own pace and provide a non-judgemental, confidential and comfortable environment.

I am passionate about investing in the well-being of others and I do this by communicating genuineness and compassion in an empowering manner that encourages you to explore and grow in a safe environment.

With  over five years of counselling experience I have worked with adults, teenagers and children to overcome various issues both in long term and short term therapy.

In addition to my own Private Practice I have worked in various voluntary organisations, schools and Further Education.

I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am committed to working within their Ethical and Legal Framework to maintain a professional standard and to ensure the safety and welfare of my clients.
